Still no announcement from the DCNY. Can we expect a late notice that attempts to slip in with a slew of others? Be assured that it will not go unnoticed. We will see how traditionalist the bishop of the DCNY is, or what rationale he will use to justify a vote for the Buddhist-Christian bishop-elect.
For the record, I am getting these updates mostly from Stand Firm. After his first major report on this David Virtue has not been following this vote by vote. SFIF is doing a good job tracking the votes.

My guess is that he'll vote to approve, since he won't want to offend anybody or appear narrow-minded. :(
Second try:
Anon., you're probably right. Since Skip was able to alienate the three most conservative parishes to the point that they left the DCNY and pecusa, how many conservatives are left in the DCNY? Since he operates primarily on political calculation he will likely vote to approve, but then again, he would not likely do so if it meant he would be casting a minority vote in the HOB. That would be brazen for a go with the flow kind of personality and it would thus be totally out of character. So, we'll likely have to wait until all the votes are in.
