A Dozen Reasons to Give Thanks from the Bible

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. Ephesians 4:6

For everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, 1 Timohy 4:4

Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise! Psalm 95:2
