Dr. Manfredo Accepting New Clients
Dr. Irene Manfredo, LCSW-R with 23 years of counseling experience, has joined the staff of The Samaritan Counseling Center with offices in Endicott, Owego and Windsor. Having worked in a variety of treatment settings with diverse populations Dr. Manfredo has practiced mainly in the Boston area. A native of Endicott, she has returned and will continue her work here in the Southern Tier.
