Pressure from 815?

The Notable and Quotable below raises a question. Was Bishop Skip Adams threatened and cajoled by 815-level lawyers to cover up the multiple sexual abuse incidents of Fr. Ralph Johnson? That would be at least a partial explanation as to why he refused for so long to take action. It would be a partial (but unsatisfactory) reason for his mistreatment of Fr. David Bollinger. And when, if ever, will the Shaffer Report be released? My guess is never, but there are unquestionably some answers in that report concerning this whole sorry episode for the DCNY.
