Church Plants or Missionaries?

The next two posts deal with methodology for reaching North America for Christ. My question is why make it and either/or? Church planting does work, although not all the time and missionaries can be effective but aren't always so. Currently there are hundreds of new churches that have been planted in the last eight years by the AMIA, CANA and other entities of the ACNA. Some will become self-supporting, some are staffed by non-stipendiary clergy. We need church planters and missionaries. It need not be an either/or.
