Fr. Jake has called it quits, according to Susan Russell. His readership was extremely low as evidenced in the Alexa numbers cited in the Some Blog Rankings entry below. The reason for this is likely that for some reason Jake (Fr. Terry Martin) at some point took his blog private. When I tried the link Susan Russell provided to read about Martin's departure from the blogosphere I got this message:
This blog is open to invited readers only
I guess if you can't take the heat you get out of the kitchen, or you ban those who turn up the heat in the kitchen and then you close the kitchen. We'll miss Fr. Jake and all his rantings and misstatements.
