How did Skip vote?

The Bishop of Central NY was not named in a partial list of those who voted against the unlawful deposition of Bishop Duncan of Pittsburgh. I would be surprised to see that Bishop Skip had the backbone to vote against the majority. Hopefully we will soon receive a full accounting of the vote.
