I was told yesterday that the same day that the bulldozers were knocking down buildings at Thornfield Camp and Conference Center the Diocese of Albany was opening Christ the King Spiritual Life Center. I am concluding a three and a half day program at CtK today on healing prayer and I am always blessed by my times here. CtK is thriving with multiple groups onsite with various activities.
Meanwhile, the DCNY hunts for rented space to conduct whatever it is that the DCNY does these days. What a juxtaposition between neighboring dioceses. The ministries of the Diocese of Albany continue to expand and grow. From reports I've received the same cannot be said about the DCNY. You can read below two stories about the DCNY's sale of the Good Shepherd Church in Binghamton to Muslims for at least $100,000 less than they would have received from the Anglican Church of the Good Shepherd. The DCNY continues to spiral downward while the DoA continues to evangelize and disciple. Do you need any more proof that the liberal gospel is not the genuine gospel and that it doesn't work?
