More deplorable action by the DCNY

Just when I thought we could turn a corner and leave the DCNY in the past comes this
gem from the Transition Ministry Newsletter. This information was supplied about St.
Paul's, Owego by Judy Fried of the DCNY. When Fr. Bollinger was rector this was a
full time position. Since Bishop Skip and the Standing Committee have been involved
with this parish it has been reduced to a part-time position. Need we review the recent
history of St. Paul's - from Skip's attempt to silence Fr. Bollinger to the more recent news
stories of the priest that Bollinger reported to the bishop being led away from his home in
handcuffs by Pennsylvania State Police?

When will the DCNY take responsibility for their actions that have been so negative for
St. Paul's?

When our parish was part of the DCNY there were 19 full-time rector positions.
What is the number today - 12? ed.
