In that spirit I give you a short passage from The Apostle by Brad Thor (and the title may mislead you about the content of the book). Scot Horvath, an ex-covert counterterrorism operative is speaking by telephone to Aydin Ozbek, a CIA agent who is all so happy to leave a meeting to take the phone call.
"I think the CIA is trying to kill me," replied a voice from Northern Virginia.
Harvath laughed. "Death by PowerPoint?"
"Worse," said the voice. "Mandatory sensitivity training. They're killing us with kindness..."
"Look at it thise way," the voice started. "When I eventually kill bin Laden, I'll be able to do it while embracing all of the differences between our cultures that make us both unique and special. " [p. 90]
And a happy day to you too. Bishop Dave and Mary Ellen, wear those Mickey Mouse watches proudly!
