DENVER: The Light of Christ Anglican Church Celebrates 10th Anniversary

The Light of Christ (TLC) Anglican Church in Denver, CO, celebrated its tenth anniversary today. The Rt. Rev. Sandy Greene gave the homily while former TLC pastor The Rev. Gerry Schankenberg celebrated the mass. The Rev. Jay Holsted is the current pastor and The Rev. Peggy Murray serves as parish deacon. It was noted that TLC has planted three area churches including Epiphany Anglican Fellowship where Father Schankenberg currently serves. In addition, two other congregations, New Hope Anglican Church and Anglican Church of the Spirit (ACTS), have merged with TLC.
