You might not be aware of this but Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow is an extremely devout Christian. He has been known to write Bible verses on the patches he wears under his eyes during a game. John 3:16 is frequently one of these.
I don’t know which verse Tebow was wearing yesterday in the Broncos 29-23 playoff victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. But it says here that he completed 10 of 21 passes for 316 yards which is, of course, an average of 31.6 yards a completion.
And according to Sports Business Journal’s John Ourand, do you know what the overnight television rating for the last 15 minutes of that game was? Yup.
