Let's keep this summary really short:
Presiding Bishop Frank Griswold was an international disaster. His lies to the primates effectively split the Anglican Communion. His partner, Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams, through foot-dragging, interminable meetings, and not following through on punitive actions spelled out by the primates for communion-breaking actions by pecusa and the Anglican Church of Canada, has allowed the continuing unraveling of the Communion.
Presiding Bishop Katherine Jefferts-Schori has been a domestic disaster. Her policy of lawsuits is not only unbiblical (which is obviously not a concern within pecusa), it has cost pecusa millions of dollars and scads of prestige.
