What does winning the sexuality wars look like?

The article below opines that liberals have won the sexuality wars.  What does that look like?

In North America, it looks like declining churches in pecusa and the Anglican Church of Canada.  It looks like emerging, growing churches in the alternative Anglican Church in North America that does not embrace the liberal side of the sexuality wars.

In Africa and Asia, the liberals have clearly not won the sexuality wars.  In the majority world, evangelical Anglicans are in the ascendancy and they are growing churches.  Nigeria is the largest Anglican province in the world with over 20 million Christians.  While pecusa and the ACC continue to shrink, Nigeria adds new dioceses regularly.

In England and other parts of the developing world liberals do appear to be winning the sexuality wars.  As in North America, where liberals are winning the church is losing.  The Church of England is in disarray and is ineffective in reaching England.  A tiny minority of Brits worship in CoE churches.   This is winning?

Wherever liberalism is predominant there are declining churches.  Liberalism is a means for a slow death for Anglicanism and whatever other denomination or communion that is stupid enough to embrace it.
