“Hey, TEC!  You just lost 30,000 people, $zillions in lawsuits, so what’s the plan?

“Why, thanks for asking, Stand Firm!  We plan to acknowledge diversity and build a spirit of openness in the diocese, initiating a Bishop’s Committee on Inclusivity… to encourage ‘reasonable and holy conversations’ on same-gender relationships.  Stuff like that.”

The folks in South Carolina who couldn’t have reasonable disagreement with their lawfully elected bishop and the diocese of which they were part, stabbed said bishop and diocese in the back and helped launch lawsuits against them.  That’s right, they couldn’t hang with people with whom they disagreed, so they decided upon both heresy and schism in order to align with the NYC club in which everybody submits to one way of thinking.

Oh, I forgot, the big TEC headline at the link is about how the NYC club appointed a bishop to lead agree with everything the South Carolina heretics and schismatics want.  Because they’re all about reconciliation and such.  As long as you endorse their opinions.  And don’t think differently.
