The average I.Q. of a bishop in the Episcopal Church's House of Bishops is expected to rise sharply in 2015, experts say.
The experts, who indicated that they were "cautiously optimistic" about the development, said that the gains were most likely to be made as an older generation of ultra liberal and revisionist bishops retire to golf courses or fall prey to sundry diseases, and those who committed theological suicide while in office, like Bishop Charles E. Bennison.
