North Dakota rules on gay-straight marriage

One by one, the taboos of deviant sexual acceptance, behavior and tolerance are being knocked down and embraced as the new normal. The Episcopal Church is in the forefront of it all with an unrelenting drive to be all embracive and all inclusive, not only at the altar ("Communion before Baptism" and "All the Sacraments to All the Baptized"), but in the bedroom with acceptance of gay marriage and willingly imparting same-sex blessings.

A federal judge in Utah turned December's Friday the 13th into another day of horrors. U.S. District Court Judge Clark Waddoups declared, in a 91-page decision, that the section of Utah's law prohibiting "cohabitation," violates constitutional guarantees of due process and religious freedom, thus opening up the floodgates to legal polygamist unions.
