UPDATED: Bylaws and Memorandum of Understanding added below.

The Board of the United Thank Offering has issued a statement today that appears to bring a measure of closure to the events of the past few months.

The statement clarifies that under the new bylaws and Memorandum of Understanding, the UTO will continue to be entirely responsible for the granting process and for the administration of the United Thank Offering, as they have been in the past.

Additionally, the statement reiterates that the funds of the UTO are held in trust by DFMS, as they have been in the past, and that will not change. The Board of the UTO decides how the funds are disbursed through a yearly budget process.

The entire statement is here.

Bylaws and Memorandum are here.
