So . . . Who *Used* To Be On The Episcopal Forum Membership Lists?

It's interesting. Back when Tommy Tipton was appointed our diocese's Canon to the Ordinary, I dutifully went to pull up the Episcopal Forum's current membership list, since I knew he'd been a founding member and very involved in it. Much to my wonderment, he wasn't on the list. And there was a little note saying "List excludes Members who wish not to be listed."
Thankfully we had the old lists. So it was easy to go back and see that Tommy Tipton was on the list all the way up until late 2006 until -- oddly -- his name disappeared, even though his parish was still heavily involved in the Forum.
In the past week, of course, all of us have speculated about who might be behind the rather infantile and trivialinternal-to-the-diocese "charges" against Bishop Lawrence. Naturally, the Episcopal Forum has already trawled its accusations through The Episcopal Church, and they are strikingly similar to the current "charges."
So that got me thinking. Who was once listed on the Episcopal Forum membership lists who is not now listed?
Thankfully -- we know, because someone checked.
Those who were once on the membership lists but are not now on the 2011 membership lists are:
Now of course, there might be any number of reasons -- other than not wanting people to know -- that some of these people aren't on the current membership list. They might have moved away, died, or resigned from the Episcopal Forum.
Still -- it's useful to have the names.
