They say they have been listening to the "Voice of God" ... first back in the '70s they were among the first of the Protestant denominations to ordain women to the priesthood. Within the last decade they approved the ordination of active homosexuals - lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered persons -- and they have made an active and partnered gay man a bishop in one of their dioceses - Gene Robinson. So they have made the news. Why and where is The Episcopal Church headed especially with its relationship with worldwide Anglicanism?
