I AM not one of those people sometimes referred to in derogatory terms as "God botherers". On the other hand, I am certainly a believer. Yet I am much more of an "Onward Christian Soldiers" mentality than of a "turn the other cheek" persuasion.
Thus, I cannot say that I am an admirer of the present Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams, who is not a conspicuous supporter of muscular Christianity.
