The Anglo-Catholic priest and vestry of the Church of the Good Shepherd in Rosemont, PA withdrew their claims of malpractice today against Mr. John Lewis Jr., and the law firm of Montgomery McCracken.
The attorney for Lewis and the law firm, Mr. Richard L. Bazelon told VOL that Mr. Lewis and Montgomery, McCracken had placed David Moyer, the Church of the Good Shepherd, and their attorneys on notice of the possibility that they were subjecting themselves to future liability on claims that they had brought and maintained the malpractice claims without any basis.
