Bishops Thad Barnum, Terrell Glenn and Todd Hunter restored back into full fellowship of the College. College approves the consecrations of the Rev. Quigg Lawrence (Atlantic Regional Network of PEARUSA), the Rev. Ken Ross (Western Regional Network of PEARUSA), the Very Rev. Clark Lowenfield (ACNA Diocese of the Western Gulf Coast in Formation).
