The lies from Bishop Douglas continue

GROTON, CT: Episcopal Parish Holds Last Service In Church
Church Forced To Relocate After Severing Ties With Diocese

Editor's Note: In this article the pecusa bishop of CT is quoted as saying that of the five parishes that left pecusa since 2003, two have disbanded, two have returned to pecusa and one is negotiating to return.

The Truth: of the five churches that left pecusa (and the Diocese of CT), one continues in New Haven, another continues in Bristol, and then there is the church in Groton that is the subject of this article.   All three parishes are member churches of CANA, none of them have returned to pecusa, nor are they negotiating to do so.  As for the other two parishes, I don't have information on them.  The bottom line is that the Ian Douglas continues to lie about the situation of churches that have left his diocese.
